PAN SEARED SEASONED SALMON

Crispy pan-fried seasoned Salmon is so delicious. We are almost all accustomed to salt and pepper seasoned salmon which does not taste any different from each other, regardless of which restaurant one visits. But I promise this recipe is off the chart. So simple to make but extremely flavorful.

½ lb. Salmon Fillet

½ tablespoon spiiCery Organic Stew Powder

¼ teaspoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet

¼ tablespoon spiiCery Organic Suya Powder

Salt

¼ teaspoon olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat skillet 

Add Olive oil and raise the heat to medium-high, skin-side up. Cook until golden brown on 1 side for 4 mins. Turn the Salmon over and cook for about 3mins.

Transfer to a plate and served as desired.
