WHAT DIFFERENTIATES OUR ORGANIC SCOTCH BONNET
Scotch Bonnet can be arguably found in many continents and regions around the world. How it is processed is what makes this distinctive pepper stand out to us as manufacturers. While these peppers are not normally good subjects for drying, we found out that Northern Cameroon, in Western Africa, has a climate hot and dry enough to do the job. There is a clear difference between the naturally sundried chili as well an artificially dehydrated one.
