GROUND BEEF STUFFED BELLE PEPPERS

This morning, I went to the farmer’s market for some good old beautiful organic Belle peppers which I am going to use for my stuffed meal. The great thing about making stuffed Belle Peppers is that one can play around with the stuffing ingredient, “make it your own if you will”.

Today I am going to be making ground beef stuffing for my Belle pepper. The question I get asked all the time is how long does it take to make them? It is quite easy. For my Belle peppers, I slightly salt them I leave them in my air fryer for about 5mins, because I love the char and the aroma. And for the filling, it takes about 20mins to put it together. The final step is to stuff the Belle pepper with the filling and leave the pre-heated oven for about 10mins and voila! Your meal is set and ready to serve.

GROUND BEEF STUFFED BELLE PEPPERS
Bell peppers (Capsicum Annuum) are fruits that belong to the nightshade family. They are low in calories and exceptionally rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants, making them an excellent addition to a healthy diet. Bell peppers come in various colors, such as red, yellow, orange, and green.
These peppers are now a vegetable I relish, and even desire to eat every now and then. It does not matter what color it is; I love to have them prepared in various ways.
