SAUSAGE PASTA STEW with ORGANIC STEW POWDER

It can be used as a thickener in gumbo, sauces, soups and stews. Its use is also good as dry rub for meats because when properly infused it unleashes juices beyond one’s imagination.

Sausage Pasta Stew
Ingredients
1pound turkey Italian sausage links, casings removed
4 cups water
6 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium sweet red or green pepper, diced
1/3 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1 cup peas
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet pepper

Directions
In a nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and place in a slow cooker. Stir in the water, carrots, red pepper and onion.

Cover and cook on low for 5 mins or until vegetable is tender.

Stir in the pasta, salt and pepper and stew powder. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.

LAMB CHOP

INFUSED SCOTCH BONNET WITH RED WINE REDUCTION

LAMB CHOP INFUSED SCOTCH BONNET WITH RED WINE REDUCTION

Ingredients:
¾ teaspoon dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet pepper
Salt to taste
4 lamb chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup mince shallots
1/3 cup Red wine
¾ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
DIRECTIONS 

Mix together the rosemary, basil thyme, salt, pepper in a bowl. Rub mixture generously on to the lamb chops on both sides. Marinade for 30 mins, to absorb the flavors.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. For medium rare gently place lamb chops in skillet and cook for 3 ½ minutes per side. Remove and allow to rest.

Use the same skillet, add chopped shallot and cooks for 2 minutes or until slightly brown. Add red wine and broth and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the sauce is reduced. Add butter and gently stir for 1 minute, pour over lamb chops and dig in.

SPANISH RICE with spiiCery TOMATO STEW POWDER

Ingredients
2 tablespoon oil
11/2 Cups uncooked white rice
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoon spiiCery Tomato Stew Powder
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
Mix rice into skillet, stirring often. When rice begins to brown, stir in chicken broth. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 23 minutes, until liquid has been absorbed. Finally add spiiCery Tomato Stew Powder and stir, allow to simmer for one minute and serve.

BEEF STEW with ORGANIC STEW POWDER

This is ease when it comes to making a sweet tasting paste or sauce in a matter of minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lb. beef chuck stew meat, cubed into 1″ pieces
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
Kosher salt
1 tbsp. spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
3 cups water
freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
In a large Dutch oven (or pot), over medium heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook on all sides until seared, 10 minutes.

In the same pot, cook onion for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic 3cups of water.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let simmer until beef is tender, 55 minutes.

Add Stew powder for 15 minutes.

Stir 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Ingredients
1 lb Goat Meat
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
2 cups water
½ tablespoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together meat, onion, spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet and thyme in your pot.
2. Add the water, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 45 mins.
3. Add the spiiCery Stew Powder and season with salt and simmer for another 10-15 mins until meat is tender
4. Garnish with any seasoning of choice and serve.

GRILL MARINATED RIBEYE

GRILL MARINATED RIBEYE
Ingredients
¼ cup barbecue sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped Onions
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons spiiCery Suya spice seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
4 beef ribeye steaks (8 ounces each)

Directions
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix all ingredient ingredients. Add steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Drain steaks, discarding marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness

GROUND BEEF STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS

5 Large bell peppers (Make it Colorful)   1lb lean (90%) ground beef  2 tablespoons chopped onion  1 cup cooked brown rice and quinoa (White Rice can be used instead)
1 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Chopped potatoes
3 tablespoons spiiCery Tomato Stew Bonnet
1 tablespoon Olive oil
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
1 cup crispy Bacon (Garnish) (Optional)
Steps

Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut thin slice from stem end of each bell pepper to remove top of pepper. Remove seeds and membranes; rinse peppers. Cook Bell peppers in Air fryer for about 5mins.
In 10-inch wok, cook beef and onion, potatoes, pre-cooked brown rice and Quinoa over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Stir in, salt, 1 cup of spiiCery Tomato Stew Bonnet;1/4 a cup of water cook for about 10mins. Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Stand peppers upright in ungreased 8-inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle some cheese and bake for about 10mins. Once it is done add some crispy bacon and it is ready to be served.

RASPBERRY OATMEAL, with DUSTED KALE POWDER

Simple, affordable, rich ingredients, very easy directions, loads of fiber, protein and antioxidants make the amazing loved breakfast staple more delicious than ever. What I love about it is that the Oatmeal can be completely customizable.

Ingredients
1 cup Oats
1 cup low-fat milk (Optional)
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ spiiCery Organic Kale Powder
1 teaspoon honey
½ diced mango
½ diced cucumber
3 Raspberry

STEPS
Combine oats, milk, water, salt, and in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Turnoff allow it to cool. Add honey, Raspberry and dust the Kale powder. On a separate bowl, combine diced Cucumber and Mango then serve.
