BLACKENED CHICKEN THIGH with spiiCery Organic Suya Spice

Blackened chicken thigh is so delicious, because it has the slight char look to it, and juicy tenderness at the same time. For this recipe I decided to use spiiCery Organic Suya Spice, because I wanted to add some peanut flavor to it as well as some heat. 

3 Chicken thighs

3 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Suya Spice

1 tablespoon honey

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 

Put chicken thighs in a bowl, add spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet, spiiCery Organic Suya spice, salt and mix. Add honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil and rub in thoroughly. 

Allow sit for 15-20mins, then place marinated chicken on a pre-heated skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil and leave for 5mins on each side. 
It is now time for the slightly darkened chicken to go into the oven. Leave for 10-15mins and serve with any side of choice.
