SAUSAGE PASTA STEW with ORGANIC STEW POWDER

It can be used as a thickener in gumbo, sauces, soups and stews. Its use is also good as dry rub for meats because when properly infused it unleashes juices beyond one’s imagination.

Sausage Pasta Stew
Ingredients
1pound turkey Italian sausage links, casings removed
4 cups water
6 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium sweet red or green pepper, diced
1/3 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1 cup peas
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet pepper

Directions
In a nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and place in a slow cooker. Stir in the water, carrots, red pepper and onion.

Cover and cook on low for 5 mins or until vegetable is tender.

Stir in the pasta, salt and pepper and stew powder. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
