1 cup Oats
1 cup low-fat milk (Optional)
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ spiiCery Organic Kale Powder
1 teaspoon honey
½ diced mango
½ diced cucumber
Combine oats, milk, water, salt, and in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Turnoff allow it to cool. Add honey, Raspberry and dust the Kale powder. On a separate bowl, combine diced Cucumber and Mango then serve.
