This is ease when it comes to making a sweet tasting paste or sauce in a matter of minutes.
1 ½ lb. beef chuck stew meat, cubed into 1″ pieces
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
3 cups water
freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
In a large Dutch oven (or pot), over medium heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook on all sides until seared, 10 minutes.
In the same pot, cook onion for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic 3cups of water.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let simmer until beef is tender, 55 minutes.
Add Stew powder for 15 minutes.
Stir 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
