1 lb Goat Meat
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Stew Powder
2 cups water
½ tablespoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet
1. Mix together meat, onion, spiiCery Organic Scotch Bonnet and thyme in your pot.
2. Add the water, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 45 mins.
3. Add the spiiCery Stew Powder and season with salt and simmer for another 10-15 mins until meat is tender
4. Garnish with any seasoning of choice and serve.
